How to order:  Simply place the item(s) of your choice in your personal shopping cart. You will then see what you have in your cart and the total amount of your purchase(s) including shipping & handling charges*.  When you are finished shopping, select the  payment option** of your choice.  Then click the purchase button!

*Orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail or UPS standard on all items.

**We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Bank Debit payments through PayPal.

We ship anywhere in the UNITED STATES & CANADA -- be sure to use the correct shipping option in the drop down menu when ordering. (Note: Canadian orders may be subject to Duty over which we have no control).

You will receive an e-mail including tracking number when shipped.

Return / Cancellation Policy: 

Because we offer so many different colors, styles, & products, none of our items are created until you place your order.  Hence, they are all essentially custom-made to order.   We always offer between 60 & 124 color choices (depending on the product) so as you can surmise, it would be impossible to keep finished product of all possible items "in stock."   For example, in plate covers alone there are approx. 2720 possibilities due to the various sizes, configurations, & colors (and that would still only give us one of each possible cover -- not including oversized covers).  Once you place your order, we immediately process it, pull the material, cut it to size, & put it in line for production.  Because we strive very hard to complete orders well before our guaranteed time period of 10 business days, frequently your order will be ready for packing within a very short time.   So please be SURE you want the product before placing your order.

Therefore, we state the following:

Once placed, all orders are NON-refundable, NOT returnable OR exchangeable and NON-cancelable.  Please understand that due to the custom order nature of our products,  the chances of the exact same size, color & configuration being ordered again within a reasonable time period are slim, rendering the product virtually useless to us.  If you have ANY questions prior to ordering we can ALWAYS be contacted via E-mail  (you will receive a response usually within a few hours, often almost immediately, and always within 24 hours).
